Katsia is a Founding Partner and Principal at Vault Design Group, where she leads design direction, operations, staffing, and overall project and practice performance from the Colorado office. With over 20 years of experience as a practicing architect in master planning and entitlement strategy, she guides complex developments from concept through construction.
Her project experience spans custom single-family residential, design-build, multifamily, hospitality, senior living, country clubs, and large-scale commercial developments across U.S. and international markets. She has extensive experience leading entitlement processes and regulatory approvals, including securing approval for a five-star luxury hotel development in Telluride, Colorado.
In addition to design leadership, Katsia directs business development and client strategy, managing key relationships, supporting firm growth, and overseeing project delivery across markets.Earlier in her career, she contributed to projects for clients including Berkshire Hathaway’s solar division and supported corporate and residential developments for a major national sports and real estate ownership group.
Adam is a Partner at Vault Design Group, contributing remotely from New Jersey. He brings extensive experience across architecture and interior design, focusing on design innovation and project execution.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he contributed to early development efforts within the program. He later completed a Master of Architecture at the University of Miami, studying under Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk and engaging in international research on classical architecture in Italy with Michael Graves.
